Your jewelry is made with extreme precision after you place an order with us, which takes around 1 to 2 weeks to get your order ready depending upon the choice of your purchase. Therefore there is no fixed time within which we guarantee delivery; it varies from one product to another. Nevertheless, as an estimate, you can expect your goods to reach you within 2 to 4 weeks of placing your order. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and are subject to any delays resulting from courier delays. Note, that clearance procedures can cause delays beyond the period expected.

We make sure your parcel is perfectly boxed and wrapped with security tapes when dispatched from our order-processing unit. Unfortunately, we cannot ensure the handling and damage caused in transit, if any, by courier companies before reaching you. We urge you, therefore, to not accept any damaged or tampered shipments as it will then be the responsibility of the recipient in case any product is missing. If the package/items are damaged during the transit contact our customer service immediately for possible resolution.

Very unlikely though, shipments are sometimes subjected to import duties and taxes after the package reaches the destination country. In such cases, the customer is responsible to clear the charges to release the package. We cannot estimate these charges at checkout as the import duties vary between the countries. Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so in the event of a shipment that is refused because of any unexpected reason, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Though would request to do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges because it shall create issues for all parties involved. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for only 10 -15 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.

If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, the courier company will make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case the recipient is still not reachable/available, the same will be returned to our office.

TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us containing your tracking number and a link to the website's order tracking page. You can also check the status of your order once it has been shipped by visiting the website of our logistics partner and following the instructions by using your tracking number. Your tracking number can be found in the e-mail confirming the shipment of your order or within the order status page on gleamire.com. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package and contact the courier company for any delays.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. We are extremely cautious in ensuring that each product strictly complies with our quality criteria and that it has passed all our controls, both technical and aesthetic. If nevertheless, you receive a product that seems to be damaged, you may return it to us following the return policy. Upon receipt, we may classify the returned product as a defective product. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be defective.

If you would like to swap your purchase for a different item, please submit an exchange request via the returns portal within 14 days of your purchase and we'll gladly ship the new item for you.

Your products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), as well as with the original box and delivery packaging, including all accessories and documents. we will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. All returns will be subject to strict quality control by us to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet quality control standards, we will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to the customer. If the returned product satisfies quality control, we will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange. Please allow 10-15 days to process the return.

Returns must include a copy of the invoice inside the package.

A customer will be entitled to receive a refund if the customer’s return complies with the return policy, we will use reasonable efforts to credit the refund to the customer’s credit card account no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned item by our customer service center.

Should a product be returned for exchange to our customer service center, the customer will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference if the returned product is more expensive than the exchanged product. If the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged item, the customer will be charged the difference in price. We will send an invoice as a '.pdf' attachment to the customer’s email address, which specifies the value of the returned product, the price of the item for which the original product has been exchanged and the difference to be paid by the customer or the amount that the customer is entitled to receive, as indicated.

All make-to-order or customized jewelry pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Notes: Some of our products may contain natural embellishments and are handcrafted. These may cause irregularities and will not be considered as a defect. We made every effort to display the product's color as accurately as possible. However, the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.
CERTIFICATION
All our jewelry and solitaires carry a certificate of authenticity. Your certificate will contain details about the diamond shape, cut, color, clarity, and weight of every piece of diamond that is used - also the gold purity, and weight in your jewelry.

WARRANTY
Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the day of delivery when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

Only the plating on your jewelry and the stone setting will be covered under warranty.

The breakage caused due to mishandling, and the damage due to exposure to water will not be covered under warranty.
To make a claim, please visit our warranty portal here and submit a request with your order details and a description of the fault or damage, including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.

CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order for a product at no cost at any time before we send the dispatch confirmation e-mail relating to that product. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source. To cancel your order reach out to us at care@gleamire.com. Not applicable for make-to-order sales.

GOODS ON CONSIGNMENT
AGREEMENT TO SELL
In accordance with this Agreement, the GLEAMIRE grants an exclusive right to display and sell the mutually agreed upon item(s), pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. GLEAMIRE agrees to place on display the mutually agreed upon item(s) in a prominent area within the store premises.
PROCEEDS AND TERMS OF SALES
The Consignee shall submit a payment for the full amount of the agreed price, to the GLEAMIRE according to the agreed terms. Both the Consignee and the GLEAMIRE agree that payments shall be made to GLEAMIRE’s preference. The Consignee agrees to maintain the agreed-upon selling price for each item consigned and will accept nothing less unless otherwise agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.
The Consignee shall maintain insurance for the premises and all contents thereof against any damage or theft that may occur to any item(s) left with the Consignee to sell. The Consignee shall retain possession and control of the consigned merchandise for a minimum period of days, beginning on the aforementioned agreement date.
The GLEAMIRE shall only accept clean, quality merchandise in good condition.
MERCHANDISE OWNERSHIP
The GLEAMIRE shall retain ownership of any and all consigned merchandise until such time as the merchandise is sold.
BREACH OF AGREEMENT
In the event that the Consignee fails to perform and/or adhere to the terms and obligations contained herein this Agreement, the GLEAMIRE can cancel this Agreement.
TERMINATION OF CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT
The GLEAMIRE can terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason, on cancellation Consignee is liable to return the unsold items to the GLEAMIRE that is the subject of this Agreement, but said termination shall not affect the agreement regarding items of merchandise already sold.
LIABILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE, OR THEFT OF CONSIGNED MERCHANDISE
In the event that the consigned merchandise is lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged or unaccounted for due to any cause, known or unknown, while consigned to the Consignee:
The merchandise, or each item consigned, that is lost or unaccounted for shall be considered as having been sold, and the Consignee shall pay unto the GLEAMIRE the amount agreed.

RETURNS
Consigned goods once agreed and determined as sold cannot be returned.
ASSIGNMENT
This Agreement is not assignable and may not be modified other than by a written modification agreed to and signed by both parties.
GOVERNING LAWS
This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
We urge you to prepare a video of the unboxing of your shipment for security purposes.
